The contact of the two bodies during a hug, allows for an exchange of electromagnetic energy that flows through us.
Psychotherapist Virginia Satir said, “We need 4 hugs a day for survival. We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance. We need 12 hugs a day for growth.”
Science has proven our bodies are excellent conductors of eletricity. With that in mind, if you are in a good mood and so is your spouse, when you two share a hug, their will be a stimulating, yet comforfting surge of feel-good energy.
Think about this. One full body, one minute hug from you to your spouse will immediately help them relax. If you make it last for three minutes you will have felt their heart beat, their body heat and the rhythm of their breathing. During that three minute hug something else will happen that must be mentioned here.
While you two are engaged in your three minute hug both of you will forget about time for a moment. You will be relaxed and remember how much you care about the person wrapped in your arms.
THREE MINUTE HUGGING TIPS:
For some of you it has been a longtime since you embraced your spouse so try this tip.
After walking away from this kind of hug you will first feel energized...then you will feel relaxed.
Hugging in a way that allows you and your spouse to bring your bodies against each other is something that can be executed anywhere. As long as you can touch in this manner, you will always have a way to show your spouse you are still in love with them.
Just do it! If while hugging, you become sexually aroused, just let that sex transmutation happen.
