THE FOUNDERS
In 2012 Starr Claiborne and Anton Claiborne saw an image in a magazine. It was an image of Oprah Winfrey and Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter. The two celebrities were standing together on stage acknowledging the audience. As they thumbed through the magazine pages, Starr and Anton jokingly commented on how they could one day own businesses and control their time like Oprah and Jay-Z.

Weeks later, after noticing a roadside advertisement for a local networking event, Starr and Anton began their journey as entrepreneurs. Their first investment was in hosting networking events. In the same year they branded themselves as Self-Employment Consultants and launched the entrepreneur and family resource business, Claiborne Mega, LLC.

Years later after completing training with the P4 Coaching Institute and Prepare-Enrich, respectively, niche businesses were launched. Starr created LEAD (Ladies Empowering and Aspiring Dreamers). Anton created Harmonious Lovers Relationship Services.

Their strong drive for financial freedom and their sincere willingness to help others moved them closer to their goal. As their clients grew and their social media audience expanded, their business names evolved into, LEAD Empowers, LLC and HarmoniousLovers.com
2017 revealed the potential benefits of a business merger. After enlightening conversations and agreeing working together would allow for more time at home, Starr and Anton explored the concepts of their merger. Soon, a feasible plan was created. The execution of their plan resulted in the creation of the Claiborne International Coaching Group, CICG.
